VENLY-TRAVERSE® is a proprietary winding traverse unit developed by ITO MACHINE.
When winding thin, continuous materials such as wire or thread, VENLY-TRAVERSE® guides the material from side to side and lays it evenly across the spool. This helps prevent uneven winding and quality variation while improving both productivity and winding quality.
Its simple mechanical structure enables precise traverse control across a wide range of materials and operating conditions. Easy to install and adjust, the unit can also be retrofitted to existing equipment, which has led to its adoption at many production sites.
