Nano Chemix is a deep-tech startup founded in Tsukuba, Japan, in 2023. Using proprietary precision synthesis and surface design technologies, we develop metal oxide nanoparticles that disperse transparently in organic materials.
Our materials help optical manufacturers increase the refractive index of polymers while maintaining transparency and compatibility with a wide range of resins and solvents.

High-Refractive-Index Nanoparticle Additive

OPTITE® uses highly uniform metal oxide nanoparticles and proprietary surface design technology to increase the refractive index of polymers while maintaining transparency. It can be adapted to various organic materials, including thermoplastic, thermosetting and UV-curable resin systems.

From Material Evaluation to Future Scale-Up

Nano Chemix currently supports sample supply, material evaluation and joint development with customers. Customized dispersion grades can be developed according to the customer’s resin, solvent, application and process requirements. A pilot production facility is planned to support future scale-up and practical application.
