of grinding tools for precision cutting and grinding.
We develop and manufacture resinoid ultrathin cut-off wheels,

Using our proprietary manufacturing process, we produce ultrathin cut-off wheels from 0.1 to 3.0 mm in thickness. 2. DIAMOND & CBN ELECTROPLATED TOOLS
Custom Shapes for Difficult Machining Challenges
Diamond or CBN abrasive grains are fixed in a single layer onto a metal body by nickel electroplating. The high grain concentration and large grain exposure provide sharp cutting action and efficient chip removal. We design custom tools based on drawings, workpiece materials, machine conditions, and required accuracy. 3. WIRE-MESH GRINDING WHEELS
Improved Chip Evacuation in CFRP Machining
CFRP is lightweight and exceptionally strong, but its relatively low heat resistance makes it one of the most challenging composite materials to machine.
