Our Strength
One of our strengths is in difficult machining processes that require high-precision dimensional tolerances, such as covers for construction machinery and semiconductor parts. Our advanced processing technology is highly rated, and we are also a certified factory for a major construction machinery manufacturer.
Furthermore, we also utilize cutting-edge equipment, including laser turret punch multipurpose machines, fiber laser multipurpose machines, high-speed benders, and robotic welding machines, in order to ensure a stable supply of high-quality products.
【Blanking】
Blanks are processed using the latest fiber laser multifunctional machines and punch laser multifunctional machines to achieve highly accurate and efficient blanking, including drilling and cutting of ultra-thin steel and stainless steel materials with thicknesses from 0.6 mm.。
【Bending】
Bending makes use of bending machines to achieve high-speed and high-precision processing. We also use the latest robotic benders to fully automate the bending process for small items, which is difficult to perform manually, to provide high-precision products.
【Welding】
We are able to provide welding services for a variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our welding technology, which is known for its high precision, enables us to process products that have high airtightness and watertightness requirements, such as fuel tanks, as well as water tanks with applications in the medical industry. We maintain four robotic welding machines, enabling us to handle small-lot, multi-variety production as well as mass production.
