Our company, founded in 1927, is a specialized manufacturer of special steel round bars.
In the early Showa period, when Japan’s industrial sector was just beginning to develop, we succeeded in domestic production of free-cutting steel, which had previously relied on imports.
Free-cutting steel is an essential metal material for precision machinery components and is used in various machine parts such as automobiles, watches, home appliances, and PCs.

ASK-3000T
First, we present the austenitic stainless steel “ASK-3000T.”This is a free-cutting stainless steel based on SUS304, which improves machinability while maintaining high corrosion resistance.
It enables the manufacturing of components that are difficult or even impossible to process with SUS304, dramatically increasing productivity.
ASK-8000
Next, we introduce the austenitic stainless steel “ASK-8000.”This is a high-strength austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, requiring no heat treatment.
Since heat and surface treatments can be omitted, significant reductions in manufacturing costs are possible.
