OTSUKA Factory Co., Ltd. is a precision metalworking company based in Ibaraki, Japan. For more than 75 years, we have specialized in tooling and built the skills needed to achieve micron-level accuracy. By combining experienced craftsmanship with carefully maintained equipment, we manufacture high-precision custom jigs and industrial precision parts.

Experienced technicians combine jig boring, grinding, machining, and precision measurement to meet demanding positional and geometric tolerances.
We also work with a wide range of materials, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and Hastelloy. Beyond machining to drawings, we can advise on manufacturability and cost reduction from the design stage.

Micron-Level Accuracy for Machining, Inspection, and Assembly
We combine precision grinding and jig boring to manufacture custom jigs and precision plates for machining, inspection, and assembly. Each product is designed for the required application, accuracy, shape, and operating conditions. One-off orders are welcome.
