We handle materials that range widely from general-purpose plastics to super engineering plastics, including fluoropolymers. Leveraging a cutting-edge 5-axis machining center, composite NC lathes, and resin processing know-how built up over many years, we are able to meet diverse needs that span small-scale prototypes to mass production processing that uses automation robots.

In our clean room-equipped molding building, we perform injection molding specialized in PFA, a type of fluoropolymer.
To perform injection molding at temperatures of 200° or higher requires equipment, environments, and mold design technologies specialized for high-temperature welded resin. We perform high-precision molding using advanced molding technologies that have also been adopted in national projects aimed at supporting the advancement of infrastructure technologies.

We are able to perform in-house resin welding of not only general-purpose resins such as polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene but also fluoropolymers used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, with the ability to perform tube bending and coating as well.

For areas requiring high temperatures, insulation, and thermal insulation performance not fully possible with resins, we employ the ceramic processing technologies of our group company Nasu Ceratec.
