Our Strength

Industrial Twisted Brushes
In twisted brushes, bristle material is sandwiched between two or more core wires that are then twisted. The brushes are used for cleaning as well as for deburring and polishing of mechanical parts.

Our company has made special refinements to the hair arrangement method, enabling the production of long-bristle brushes that are difficult to manufacture using automated machinery, brushes with diameters from an ultra-fine φ0.4mm to a large φ100mm or more, and brushes with lengths of 10 meters or more.
