Our Strength

Thermowave Analyzer TA

The Thermowave Analyzer TA we developed is a device which analyzes the thermal characteristics of materials.

This product was developed through joint research with national research institutes and universities, so we can recommend its precision and reliability with confidence.

The measurement range extends from organic films to diamond, and it is capable of measuring thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity by measuring the thermal response of a material with laser diodes and infrared radiation.

The Thermowave Analyzer TA made it possible to measure the thermal conductivity of graphite sheet used in heat management for power semiconductors and IT equipment, which was difficult to achieve with conventional measurement methods.

Understanding thermal conductivity has attracted attention as an important factor in reducing the power consumption of equipment.

Our thermal conductivity measuring equipment and contracted measurement techniques provide support for heat management that is essential to the electronics, automotive, and aerospace industries as they continue to advance.
