Our company has made special refinements to the hair arrangement method, enabling the production of long-bristle brushes that are difficult to manufacture using automated machinery, brushes with diameters from an ultra-fine φ0.4mm to a large φ100mm or more, and brushes with lengths of 10 meters or more.

We also achieve in-house production of processing machinery to support diverse shapes.

We handle bristle materials including chemical fibers, animal hair, plant fibers, and metal wire, as well as a variety of materials for the core wires, letting us offer twisted brushes matched to the application.
