Kasakura Metec Co., Ltd. is a specialized casting company established in 1919.
For more than 100 years, we have built reliable technology and trust based on quality, delivery, and safety.
Our main products are gray cast iron and ductile cast iron.
At our main factory in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture, we maintain an integrated production system covering model making, casting, annealing, and painting.

Advanced Casting Technology
We specialize in casting large, thick-walled castings with a thickness of over 100 mm, as well as complex hollow components that require advanced casting technology.
Additionally, our expertise in stress relief annealing enables us to effectively eliminate residual stress and deliver products with minimal risk of deformation.

By utilizing our factory in Tianjin, China, we have established a stable supply system for overseas customers.
In Japan, we can manufacture products ranging from 20 kg to 3 tons, while our Tianjin factory handles products from 100 kg to 5 tons.

For quality control, we employ high-precision inspection equipment such as ARL emission spectrometers and KEYENCE 3D measuring machines, ensuring strict inspection processes.
Moreover, through close feedback systems with the production floor, we can promptly address any defects.
