Our Strength

By processing and correcting the positional relationship between the cutting edge and the workpiece in real time with a CCD camera, we achieve precision machining for diameters under 0.1 mm.
This technology is applied to highly demanding medical components such as catheter tips.
For SUS303 materials, we achieve high-precision machining with dimensional tolerances of ±2 μm and face runout below 2 μm, with deliveries extending to Germany and beyond.
