Cable Processing Equipment Since 1988
MK Electronics Ltd. is a cable processing equipment manufacturer based in Mito, Ibaraki, Japan. Since 1988, we have helped customers simplify cable processing with equipment designed for easy operation and repeatable results. Our main MKS digital cable stripper series is used in Japan and overseas, especially for processing large-diaeter cables.

Our Strength
From Skilled Work to Repeatable Cable Processing
We develop cable processing machines that reduce dependence on individual operator skills and experience. With the MKS series, processing conditions can be digitally set, saved, and recalled for repeatable operation.
The four-blade rotary slide system delivers sharp cuts and stable stripping. Depending on the model, the series supports cables with outside diameters ranging from 4 to 43 mm.
1. MKS DIGITAL CABLE STRIPPER SERIES
Simple Settings. Stable Stripping.
The MKS series turns cable stripping into a simple, repeatable process. Operators set processing conditions on the touch panel, save the data, and recall it when needed. A QR code reader can also call up registered data, helping reduce selection errors and setup time.
Four blades cut around the cable using a rotary slide motion. This mechanism produces a sharp cut and supports stable stripping without relying only on manual skill.

FEATURED MODELS
MKS725HS
For cable outside diameters from 4 to 24 mm. The standard dual-stopper system switches between the automatic stopper and long guide for strip lengths up to 500 mm. A standard QR code reader recalls registered data, and up to 300 processing programs can be stored.
MKS200
Small, standard, and large units cover cable outside diameters from 4 to 43 mm. The standard dual-stopper system switches between the automatic stopper and long guide for strip lengths up to 500 mm. A standard QR code reader recalls registered data, and up to 300 processing programs can be stored.
2. PROGRAMMABLE TWISTER MKT-1
Make Twisting Simple and Repeatable.
MKT-1 processes up to four stranded wires; solid wires are not supported. Its two-motor system controls primary twisting, secondary twisting, and untwisting to help reduce spring-back after twisting. Rotation count, speed, direction, twist pitch, untwisting, and product name can be programmed and stored on the touch panel.
