From Difficult Workholding to Stable Mass Production

Our strength is turning forged and complex-shaped parts that are difficult to hold securely in a machine. For each part, we study the workholding method, custom fixtures, chucks, collets, cutting tools, machining sequence, and cutting conditions. From the prototype stage, we design the process for repeatable mass production—considering quality, tool life, productivity, and long-term stability.

Mass-Production Turning for Forged & Complex Parts

We establish reliable chucking methods for forged and complex-shaped parts that are difficult to hold, enabling stable mass production. With precision machining at the core, our “Precision Machining Plus” approach combines materials, part geometries, and machining methods to create finished components. Drawing on shop-floor expertise, we combine processes including the machining of stainless steel and copper forgings, thin-wall machining, intermittent cutting, thread rolling, and other operations, completing multiple operations on a single lathe.
