Our strength lies in our ultra-precision centerless grinding technology, capable of achieving accuracy down to ±0.0001 mm, combined with a flexible production system that meets diverse customer needs.
We specialize in small-diameter, high-precision components and have established an integrated production system that performs all processes—grinding, cutting, heat treatment, and polishing—in-house.
With extensive experience in machining hard-to-cut materials such as titanium, ceramics, and tungsten, we can offer optimal solutions tailored to specific applications and cost requirements.
Equipped with 270 grinders and 160 NC automatic lathes, including our own in-house developed machines, we handle everything from single prototypes to mass production exceeding 300 million units annually.
As a team of precision machining professionals, we continue to challenge accuracy at the level of one ten-thousandth of a millimeter.
